The Town & Country South Subdivision is located in western St. Louis County in the City of Manchester. It is located between Hanna and Sulphur Spring Roads in the southwest area of Manchester and is served by the city’s elected officials in Ward 3. There are 224 residences located in the subdivision.

There are three trustees elected by the residents to manage the subdivision. Trustees are elected on a rotating basis for three year terms. The current trustees are:
